With our headquarters located in Seattle, we regularly work with Costco and other national retailers to successfully place consumer electronics products in-store and online. And, we offer two powerful value-added services - product fulfillment for online stores via Diversified Distributing and 12V technology product distribution via Sound House.

WE KNOW OUR CUSTOMERS. By segregating retailers by trade classification, account type within each classification, and identifying new opportunities, we are continually expanding brand reach. Once we’ve distilled our opportunities, we identify main target accounts, secondary targets and alternative accounts.

Plan sales events, dealer promotions - through internet and print, and other marketing efforts that creates marketing materials and supports both their in-store printed sales materials, as well as internet sales, if authorized. Providing tools, advice and support that help customers correctly and effectively promote, demonstrate products and create business opportunity and growth.
 

MOTIVATE

We work to establish genuine relationships with key personnel and influencers to grow and maintain confidence in our representative brands. In collaboration between vendor and dealer, we develop compelling incentive programs that move the needle creating win-win results.

MERCHANDISE

Work with each customer to assure their ability to best present manufacturer products to end users through hands-on help with ordering, delivering and set-up of POP displays, demo systems and access to online tutorials.
 

EDUCATE

Train all salespeople to understand and effectively present the features and benefits of each product. Empower and educate dealers through in-house trainings at all our facilities, personal dealer demos and tutorials, seminars and manufacturer representative-led trainings, and mini trade-show events featuring education opportunities, product line overviews, new product launches and more.
